Space for the Spirit

Space for the Spirit

Space for the Spirit happens on the second Tuesday of each month, at 7.30 pm, for around 40 minutes. Each month we reflect on a particular theme: recent themes have included, Patience, Trees, Winter, Decisions and Deserts.  Space for the Spirit seeks to provide a calm, quiet and reflective time at the end of the day, using different kinds of music, poetry, readings (both secular and Biblical), video and images. There is no active audience participation and no chat afterwards – it’s perfectly possible to drop in incognito if you prefer. An email list is kept so that regular and occasional attenders can be sent a Zoom link each month.

Do get in touch at sfts@stmaryslinton.org.uk for more information or for your name to be added.

Forthcoming Reflections are on Tuesday 13th May, on the theme of Wind, Tuesday 8th June.  Please note there is now no Space for the Spirit on Tuesday 13th July. There is also no Space for the Spirit in August or September this year, but we will resume in October.
